Eduflask – Institution Management Platform

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of Eduflask, a cloud-based institution management platform (“Platform”, “Service”) provided to educational institutions.
By accessing or using Eduflask, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
- Attendance, leave, and class management
- Fees and billing management (including installments)
- HR and staff management
- Timetables, reports, and automation workflows
- Smart notifications (Email, WhatsApp, in-app)
- Dashboards and real-time insights
- Mobile applications for administrators, teachers, parents, and students
- Secure, role-based cloud access
3. Eligible Clients
Eduflask is intended exclusively for educational institutions, including but not limited to:
- Schools
- Colleges
- Universities
- Coaching institutes
- Training and educational organizations
If you are involved in education, Eduflask provides solutions tailored to your needs.
4. Pricing, Billing & Subscription
- Pricing is customized based on institution size and requirements.
- We offer three standard plans:
- Foundation (Starter)
- Growth (Medium)
- Enterprise (Pro)
- Monthly subscriptions are postpaid.
- Yearly subscriptions are prepaid.
- Invoices are generated as per the selected billing cycle.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Payment Processing (Razorpay)
- All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment aggregator.
- Eduflask does not store or process any card or payment information.
- By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms & Conditions: https://razorpay.com/terms/
- Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, and transaction timelines are governed by Razorpay’s policies.
- GST at 18% is applicable and is charged in addition to the plan amount.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has started.
- Subscription cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
- Any eligible refund processing (if required by law) will be handled strictly as per Razorpay’s refund policies.
7. Data Access & Ownership
- Eduflask does not claim ownership of institutional data.
- All data remains accessible only to the respective institution.
- Institutions may export their data upon service termination.
- Data export requests must be raised through official support channels.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
- Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to breach platform security or access restricted systems
- Perform automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction
- Share accounts or credentials across unauthorized users
- Abuse, manipulate, or misuse platform services
- Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Availability, Warranty & Disclaimer
- Eduflask aims to maintain 99% platform uptime.
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- No warranties are provided beyond explicitly stated service commitments.
- Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external dependencies.
10. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, software, UI, branding, and modules are the exclusive intellectual property of Eduflask.
- Institutions are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription period.
- No rights are granted to copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the platform.
11. Termination of Service
- Eduflask may suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Non-payment beyond 15 days
- Abuse, fraudulent activity, or scams
- Violation of these Terms
- Institutions may request account closure by raising a support ticket. Access ends after settlement of dues and billing cycle completion.
12. Support & SLA
- Support is available for all technical issues and platform usage.
- Support channels include:
- Phone
- In-app support tickets
- Support hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST), working days
- Response time: within 72 hours (3 working days)
13. Security, Backup & Recovery
- Automated system backups are taken every 24 hours.
- In case of system failure, recovery is limited to data available from the last 24-hour backup.
14. Compliance & Regulations
- Eduflask complies with applicable Indian IT laws and relevant data protection regulations.
- Razorpay operates under its own regulatory compliance framework.
- Educational record handling follows applicable institutional and statutory standards.
15. Updates to Terms
- Eduflask reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Panchkula, Haryana, India.
